The Israel Movement for Progressive Judaism seeks applicants for the position of Resource Development/ Communications Associate (full-time) for its growing Overseas Communications and Development Department.

 

 

Assisting in overall resource development including maintaining records and managing data, communicating with donors and interested parties from abroad, Grant writing, Writing ongoing reports, Translating and editing high level Hebrew related documents to English, creating printed and e-newsletters and all direct mail, and updating the website.

 

·        ExcellentEnglish-language writing and editing skills (English mother tongue).

·        Fluent Hebrew reading andspeaking skills

·        Experience in translating Hebrew to English

·        Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines

·        Ability to manage multiple tasksefficiently and effectively

·        Internet and Microsoft Office proficient

·        Commitment to pluralistic and progressive Judaism

 

This position reports directly to the Director of Development & Overseas Communications
